Q. I know these wonderful products are not free. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. We wanted to accept cold, hard cash but couldn’t figure out how to make your computer act like an ATM. Putting money in the disc drive only messes it up.

Q. I don’t want to be hearing on CNN or Fox News that my and three million other people’s info was stolen by some 12-year-old computer genius to buy baseball cards and Slurpees. Is it safe to enter my credit card number on the site?
A. In a word, yes. Scribbles n Such uses double-secret, theft-thwarting, crime-preventing, bad-guy-stopping, high-tech computer programs to keep your info safe. In laymen’s terms, we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security.

Q. I want to use my lovely Scribbles ‘n Such products as soon as possible to show all my friends and family how trendy I am. When will I receive my online order?
A. Thank you for sharing our items with all your loved ones. We want to get your order to you as soon as you can say, “Jiminy Cricket.” We know that once others see them, they’ll want to order as soon as they can. To this end, orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible.

Q. The darn government already takes too much of my money. Will I have to pay sales tax?
A. Sorry about your feelings about the government. It is, of course, of the people, by the people, for the people. That same government requires us to collect sales tax on all orders placed in The Great State of Texas. The rest of the union gets off scot-free.

Q. I received one of your items that is damaged or not the one I ordered. I know you want to make this right as soon as possible. How is this made right?

Q. I’ve had to switch my email seven times because I keep receiving all kinds of spam emails like, “I live in Nigeria and have a hundred million dollars. I want to send you all of it, minus fees. Send me your bank account information and I’ll send you the money soon.” I don’t need anymore email like this. When I buy products, will you sell my information?
A. We understand the issue with spam emails and don’t want you changing your email an eighth time because of us. Our Customer Service Department may contact you to verify information in an order, but we will not sell your information.
